The 1/2/3 day tickets allow you to ride our hop-on/hop-off tour buses for the chosen number of calendar days. Whether you check in at 9:00am or 3:00pm, it will not change that the ending time of your ticket is at the end of the last tour on the 1st/2nd/3rd calendar day after you check in with one of our sales agents to begin the tour.
The 24/48/72 hour tickets allow you to ride our hop-on/hop-off tour buses for the chosen number of hours after you check in with one of our sales agents to begin the tour. If you check in at 9:00am, you have 24/48/72 hours from that time to ride the buses before your ticket expires. The same goes for if you were to check in at 3:00pm. The 24/48/72 hour tickets do not necessarily correspond exactly to 1/2/3 calendar days from check in. For example, if you have a 24 hour ticket and check in at noon, you can ride until the end of our last tour that calendar day as well as from opening to noon the following calendar day. The 24/48/72 hour tickets are perfect if you have multiple days in a row that you want to ride the buses, but cannot check in until the afternoon on the first day. The 24/48/72 hour tickets are only available through the website.
For both types of tickets, multiple-day tickets can only be used for consecutive days; they cannot be split.

Yes, our OPEN TOP buses run rain or shine. You always have the option to travel on the covered buses if available, and to ride on the inside of the buses instead of on top of them.

An order confirmation will be e-mailed to you within two hours of completing your purchase. Simply print this out, bring it with you on your day of travel, and follow the printed instructions for redeeming your ticket(s) at our office.

Tickets purchased online for most of our tours are non-refundable, but many can be used up to one year from date of purchase. Please note the terms and conditions listed at the bottom of a tour description for specific details regarding a particular tour.

Regrettably we do not offer discounted student tickets to individuals. However, school groups should contact our group sales department.

No. Customers wishing to show and save with their AAA card must do so at one of our ticket offices. The discount will be applied to the standard offline price for the tour.

Charter prices depend on the mileage, destination, days of charter service, and bus(s), trolley(s), van(s) usage. We invite you to submit a free quote request with no obligation. Chartering is generally a very economical mode of group travel.

It is never too soon to organize your charter. There are some times during the year when we are extremely busy, so book early! The weekends are usually the busiest with weddings, football games, holiday shopping, etc. so don’t hesitate to book a year in advance.

We can load your group anywhere that our vehicle can fit. Some residential streets are narrow, so please take that into consideration when planning your pick-up location. If you want to use a public parking lot, please call the manager of the establishment and get permission from them.
